Payment
terms: CASH (U.S. Currency Only), CERTIFIED CHECK or BANK CHECK.
Personal or company checks must be accompanied by an Irrevocable
Bank Letter of Guarantee. No
drafts, please. All checks made payable to 422 Sales. All purchases
are subject to verification with your bank or financial institution, and
this must be done FIVE days prior to sale day. For our international
buyers, if you are without a U.S. bank account, you are required to
pay with U.S. funds in cash or by wire transfer directly from your bank
to our bank account one week prior to the sale. Call for wire
transfer details. Make arrangements for payment in advance.
Registration:
Sale day beginning at 8:00 am. A buyer's fee of $100.00 plus 6%
of the bid price will be charged on each unit. Immediate possession of
all vehicles upon proper settlement. Viewing and inspection of units will
begin Friday all day and Saturday morning at 8:00 am. until auction starts.
NO EXCEPTIONS.
There is a limited number of days to
remove your buses from the sale site.
Buses left on the sale lot (after the auction)
are the sole responsibility of the buyer-owner.
